We get it the last thing you need is a gym that makes life harder. If you’ve got a job, a family, errands, maybe a dog that sheds everywhere the idea of carving out time for a gym can feel impossible. That’s why we keep our workouts efficient (an hour, in and out), coach-led (so you don’t waste time figuring things out), and flexible enough to meet you where you are on any given day. Can’t do pull-ups? We’ve got options. Ran on four hours of sleep? We’ll scale it down. This gym was designed with real life in mind — because that’s the only kind of life we’ve ever lived, too.

The First Time You Walk Into Our Gym, Here’s What Happens

Walking into a new gym can feel like the first day of school especially if you’re not sure what to expect. At CrossFit 1209, your first visit doesn’t start with a workout. It starts with a conversation. We’ll greet you by name, ask about your goals, injuries, past gym experiences (good or bad), and what you’re looking for now. No sales pitch, no pressure. We just want to know your story. Then, if it feels like a good fit, we’ll walk you through how things work here our class structure, coaching style, and how we make sure every workout is scaled to your level. And yeah, someone will probably high-five you before you leave.
